Following on its honorable mention in the Uruguay International Film Festival in April 2019 (which included a shout-out to “the colossal actress Tallie Medel”), Fourteen will have its Uruguay theatrical premiere at the Cinemateca Uruguaya in Montevideo on Thu, Jan 16, 2020. Fourteen screens in Sala 1 at 5 and 7 pm nightly through Wed, Jan 22, 2020.

Fourteen will be the closing film in a series of contemporary independent films at the University of Guadalajara’s Casa del Arte in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, about 80 miles from Guadalajara. The screening is on Fri Jan 31, 2020 at 7 pm, and is open to the public.

Looks as if at least two major Brazilian streaming services, NOW and Vivo Play, are making Fourteen available.

The MDFF Selects series, programmed by Kazik Radwanski and Dan Montgomery, will screen Fourteen and Dan Sallitt’s 2019 short film Caterina at Toronto’s TIFF Lightbox on Thu Feb 20, 2020 at 9 pm.

The 2019 Weyauwega Film Festival gave Fourteen its award for Best Narrative Feature. Actors Tallie Medel and Norma Kuhling were in Weyauwega to accept the award.

The 33rd Cineuropa in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain, where Dan Sallitt had a retrospective in 2013, has published its schedule. Fourteen will screen twice:

The Thessaloniki International Film Festival has issued a press release with the lineup for its 60th edition on November 1-11, 2019. Fourteen will screen in the Open Horizons section. Showtimes to be announced.
